Good health and Wellness starts within and works its way outside and this can be achieved by learning and applying new ways of self help and self love.

Massage
I offer a range of massage treatments, including Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, natural facelift massage, Indian head massage and baby massage.
All treatments are designed to help you unwind, relax and help with healing of certain conditions.

Reflexology
By using the hands and feet to work on parts associated to every part of the body, I will help you to achieve balance and restoration to the body and mind.
Reflexology has been used for many years as an overall healing technique to help with many conditions and ailments and helping to ease and eliminate pain and discomfort.
Meditation & Mindfulness
As a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher I can help you find a deep and inner peace by teaching breathing and relaxation techniques and equipping you with the tools to help you through everyday anxieties, stress and depression and helping you to develop life changing strategies.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
As a reiki master I use my hands to deliver energy to the body, improving the flow and balance of the energy to support healing and restore oneness to the mind, body and spirit.
Sound Therapy
Through using sound therapy this can have a powerful effect on our emotions.
By using various instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums we tap into different frequencies and energies, which help to rebalance the body, helping to combat stress and emotional imbalance.
This therapy can be used for all ages and environments, leaving the client with a sense of overall wellbeing.
End of Life Therapy
End of life care is support for people who are in the last months or years of their life.
End of life care should help you to live as well as possible until you die and to die with dignity. The people providing your care should ask you about your wishes and preferences, and take these into account as they work with you to plan your care. They should also support your family, carers or other people who are important to you.
You have the right to express your wishes about where you would like to receive care and where you want to die. You can receive end of life care at home, or in care homes, hospices or hospitals, depending on your needs and preference.
People who are approaching the end of life are entitled to high-quality care, wherever they’re being cared for.

Whole Body Coaching
